Our mission

To make everyday life feel more possible.

We believe great support is more than completing a task. It is about listening, building trust, encouraging independence and helping each person participate in the life they want.

So Caring works alongside participants, families and support networks to provide respectful, reliable support that fits real routines and real goals.

We create personalised support plans tailored to each participant’s individual needs, preferences, routines and goals.

Support. Empower. Belong.

Our name says what matters to us: genuine care, practical support and a sense that every person belongs.

What we can help with

Support for the moments that make up everyday life.

Our initial service focus is on practical, consistent supports that help participants build independence and stay connected to their community.

Daily living & personal support

Respectful assistance with everyday routines and personal activities, tailored to individual preferences and goals.

Household support

Practical help around the home including household routines, cleaning, laundry and meal preparation.

Community participation

Support to get out, stay connected and take part in activities, appointments, shopping and community life.

Daily living & life skills

Build confidence with cooking, shopping, routines, independent living and practical skills for everyday life.

More than a service

A familiar face can make a big difference.

We aim to provide support that is consistent, respectful and easy to understand. We take time to learn what matters to each participant and work around their routines wherever possible.

  • Clear communication with support networks
  • Focus on independence and confidence
Why So Caring

Personalised care, built around the person.

We believe the best support comes from understanding the person behind the plan and working closely with the people who know them best.

01

Personalised, in-depth care plans

We take the time to understand each participant’s needs, routines, preferences and goals, then shape support around what matters to them.

02

Close partnership with the primary carer

Where appropriate and with the participant’s consent, we work closely with the primary carer to understand what support is needed and how it should be delivered.

03

Regular family check-ins

With the participant’s consent, we maintain regular communication with family or nominated supports so concerns can be raised and support can be reviewed when needed.

04

A commitment to high standards

We focus on respectful, reliable support and regularly review how services are being delivered to help ensure participants receive appropriate care and high-quality support.

Our approach

Care that starts with listening.

We want participants and families to feel heard, respected and confident in the support they receive.

Understand the person, their routines, preferences and goals.
